    • All package prices are subject to Ohio Tax. 50% due at contract signing. BELOVD is located in Toledo, Ohio; A travel fee and/or accommodations may apply to anything over 30 minutes away. Extra charges also apply to rehearsals, cake cutting, etc., but nothing will be a surprise! We believe in full transparency.

    • After initial deposit is paid, the rest of your total is paid off on a schedule you decide - just let me know when I should expect payments & how much. All balances must be paid 30 days before the wedding (except travel fees, which are due 7 days before). If paying in full, $100 is deducted from your total.

    • All packages include a second coordinator, so I can be two places at once, as well as the entire final month, all decor set up and tear down, and all day coordination.

    • Make sure you check the deals page for any discounts that may apply to you! We’re here to save you money - that applies to my costs as well!

  • REHEARSAL ATTENDANCE/COORDINATION (included with Full Planning)

    $50 for up to 3 tiers/sheet cakes

  • All weddings over 30 minutes from Toledo, OH include a $50 travel fee + mileage. Mileage is calculated on a case-by-case basis using my exact car and current gas prices. It’s included in the contract and doesn’t change once established.

    Rehearsals require the rehearsal fee and mileage, but do not include the extra $50 travel fee.

    All weddings over 1.5 hours from Toledo, OH may require overnight accommodations.

    EXAMPLE:
    Your wedding is one hour away. You are not adding a rehearsal. The travel fee would be $50 + the mileage we will need to get there and back, as determined by fueleconomy.gov.

    EXAMPLE 2:
    Your wedding is 2 hours away. You are adding a rehearsal. Your travel fee will be $50 + mileage, as well as an overnight stay the night of the rehearsal (the night before the wedding).

    The travel, overnight, and mileage fees are discussed before signing and included in your contract - they are locked in and will not change after that point.

    Travel fees/mileage/accommodations are due one week before the wedding and are treated as a separate charge - they do not change your total balance/deposit amount.

    $100 per one-hour call, for any advice, ideas, or questions you may have. Local or nationwide.
