  • initial meeting.

    As soon as you have signed, we schedule an initial phone meeting to go over where you’re at with planning, what you’re looking for, what you’re dreaming of, and who the two of you are as a couple.

  • the hub.

    All files, details, pictures, invoices, contracts, and anything else that may come up are kept in one centralized location - that you have access to! Every client is different - some prefer, docs, sheets, smart files, so everyone’s file system is customized to them. But it’s all stored in an organized location that you can access at any time.

  • the process.

    The process is different for every client. Some need me for organization, some need me for advice, some need me for decisions. How we work is up to your needs. It can be a 50/50 process, bouncing ideas - it can be your wedding presented to you on a silver Google Sheets platter. Whatever you need.

  • the decor.

    We nail down your color scheme and theme/vibe ideas first. Send me your Pinterest board and I can take those ideas and make them into reality. Upon looking at your board, I’ll get an idea of what you love, and expound on that with recommendations for what to include, what to buy, what to rent, and where to do so for the best prices and quality. Between small business, rental companies, amazon, etsy, and more, I already know where to send you - I just need to know what you’re looking for.

  • the vendors.

    Who has time to schedule appointments? Not you. Based on what you’re looking for, as well as your budget, all vendors are vetted for you and sent for you to choose. All communication up to signing goes through me - don’t worry about your inbox getting cluttered. Only deal with the meetings that matter. You know they’re good, you know you can afford them, and you know they’re open on your date.

  • the day of.

    We will be there all day, handling everything for you. Get ready with no extra stress, knowing you have nowhere else to be, and that the person who literally planned the wedding for/with you knows exactly what you want. The necessary executive decisions might as well be coming from your own head. I know exactly what you’re hoping for, exactly where you want everything to go, and exactly how you want everything to look.

All packages are protected by a contract. It’s sent digitally and signed digitally through Honeybook. It’ll be stored in your hub for you to access at any time.

the contract

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to sign. You’ll receive a Honeybook invoice for the total owed at that time, and it’ll show you when your next payments are due. It’ll automatically let you know when something is due - and you can even set up autopay.

There is a spot in your contract for you to fill out that states, if needed, what your payment plan will look like. You enter how many payments you will make, of what amount, and how often. It’s entirely up to you.
All payments go securely straight to your Honeybook account. I never see your card information, and you can always see how much you’ve already paid.
